The Neighborhood Gazette
Meet the people behind the stories.
Every great community has stories worth telling. At the Neighborhood Gazette, we believe journalism begins by listening.
Our editorial team is made up of storytellers, photographers, researchers, and community writers dedicated to discovering the people, businesses, history, sports, and events that make our neighborhoods unique.
Whether we're covering a grand opening, a championship game, a local charity, or a business owner's lifelong dream โ every story begins with one simple question:
How does this make our community stronger?
"We don't build the Gazette to sell advertising. We sell advertising so we can build stronger communities."

These aren't titles on an org chart. These are the people who show up to ribbon cuttings, sit in the bleachers, walk the Main Streets, and ask the questions that turn into the stories South Jersey reads. Every byline is a neighbor.
"Every great community has a story."
Max spends his days walking Main Streets, sitting in coffee shops, and talking with the business owners and neighbors who quietly make our communities better. His notebook is never far away โ because every day brings another story worth preserving.

"Great stories don't always begin in Hollywood. Sometimes they begin on your own street."
Vinny covers filmmakers, musicians, actors, and creators whose work is shaping the future of entertainment from right here in our communities. He still believes the best concert he ever saw was in a South Jersey parking lot in 2003.

Sophia explores the restaurants, cafรฉs, wineries, bakeries, and hidden gems that give every South Jersey town its own flavor. She will never write about a restaurant she hasn't eaten at twice โ once to understand it, once to make sure.
"Every successful company began as someone's dream."
Mason tells the stories of entrepreneurs, startups, family businesses, and local leaders creating opportunity throughout the region. He believes South Jersey's real economy runs on handshakes, not hashtags โ and he's been writing about it for years.
