Sophia explores the restaurants, cafés, wineries, bakeries, and hidden gems that give every South Jersey town its own flavor. She will never write about a restaurant she hasn't eaten at twice — once to understand it, once to make sure. Sophia grew up in Audubon with a grandmother who believed the dinner table was where community happened. She's been writing about food ever since, convinced that every restaurant has a story worth telling and every chef has a reason they stayed local.
